These are pictures of how my beautiful new (5 mth old) baby car came back from Arizona Smash Repairs after it was run off the road into the median strip on the highway by a truck coming back from Wagga.
THE NEW TWO TONED OLIVE (NANNA'S CHARIOT) ??? I don't think so ...
Colours Dont Match !!!! When I purchased Olive (Nanna's Chariot), that she was all one colour. That is the way i want her. Not two tone.
Have a look at the new / replaced bonnet part. Its broken, and its also chipped near the headlight. This is a brand new car. Straight off the showroom floow. This is not Acceptable.
And brand new parts come chipped AND BROKEN these days??? 
NOW LETS PLAY SPOT THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE LEFT HAND SIDE AND THE RIGHT HAND SIDE. I CANNOT BELIEVE THESE SCHMUCKS SENT MY CAR BACK TO ME LIKE THIS.
I WONDER IF NRMA ARE GOING TO KEEP THEM AS A "PREFERRED SMASH REPAIRER" AFTER THIS JOB ??
The bonnet is maligned.
HAVE A LOOK AT THE DIFFERENCE HERE!
Write Off. New for New Replacement Policy with NRMA. If you think that the front is the only part that does not balance, have a look at the last few photos taken from the rear of the car, which now makes a clunking sound when the back doors are shut.
Picture taken to show major malignments. This is a brand new car.
We have PAID New for New Replacement with NRMA
One blinker is protruding out with large gaps whils the other is in with no space at all. The grill part was actually broken in the corner to be able to fit to the car.

Maligned
Left and Right Headlights show Bonnet is definitely crooked.
Right headlight protruding out appx 10mm whilst Left headlight in.

These photos here are of the front bottom corner of both sides of the drivers door. The distance between the door and the bottom of the grills on both sides are different. The height of the grill / and the below the door part are maligned also.
This cannot be from front part on wrong. This means that this whole part of the car is maligned. Bent. This is not the front of the car anymore, its the side and down towards the back.
Front bent, and sides bent.
Now here's the photos of the rear doors. Major spacing differences between the door and back parts and this proves that the car is from the front right down to the back. Including around the back to the tail lights.
These photos are of the rear tail lights. Major difference in spacing between the top of the metal parts, and the spacing between both the lights is different.
This shows that the back of the car is bent also.
That's FRONT / SIDES / REAR Body / Structure Damage
WRITE-OFF.
