Rang NRMA Again Today ...

Firstly spoke to staff at customer relations who transferred me to a nice manager called Jill.  Jill's first idea was to transfer me to the Assessors department who i have repeatedly rang and told that the car still has many issues.

Issues Include:

  • Shock absorbers feel like a 40 year old 4wd
  • Power steering extremely heavy
  • Car shudders upon braking / slowing down and accellerating
  • There is a rattle in the front right that was nonexistent to the accident
  • The power windows do not work
  • There is a clunking in the braking system.
  • The list goes on
  • Petrol tank upon opening is totally crooked and now hits side panel upon use.

The assessor Bruce Fleming has repeatedly told me that he will not send anybody out to even look at the vehicle and has hung on me.   Jill said she would look into the situation and called me back later stating i had to talk to customer advocacy.

I explained the situation to customer advocacy RACHEL  (QLD) who then told me i had to follow the correct procedures.  Screw the correct procedures Bruce Fleming should have escalated the issue instead of ending the conversation without any resolution to the issue.  NRMA's issues with incorrect chain of command are not my problems and my issues should have already been registered with their advocacy department considering the matter is going on 3 months now.

Rachel from Customer Advocacy also stated that Bruce Fleming had just started to put notes into the system this afternoon.  None being there previously.
